    Further to add I had a quick chat with an old associate in Asia who's been in hotel management all his life and it would appear the Malta hotel is a complete dog of an asset..Eliot didn't do his research well and it's been a money pit ... may explain a few things.
    It's a pity he said as apparently it's a lovely hotel.
