Still in Trading halt!! What do the share holders do that need to sell?

from the ann today "negotiations are in progress and have advanced considerably since the previous announcement"..When do they expect negotiations to be finished ? would have liked to have seen some timelines or estimation of when share holders can expect negotiations to be finished.
