they will get close to 8m dollars

underwriter will take $4m of any shortfall .... i think this effectively means they'll get the full amount of $8m+

Given the numbers held by consultants management and nother large holders I'd expect a minimum of 10m to be exercised .....

all good. and they didnt give away too much to get it either ....
