re: oppies sinking without a trace Nowhere Man, the sp did not necessarily have to languish because of the options factor. If all shareholders, not just the underwriters, had got some freebie such as options or a bonus share issue, then the sp would have been closer to 30cents, not 20cents.
Secondly, I have tried to do all the necessary research you recommend. I've gone to all their recent meetings, written and spoken to directors and be damned if I can get the answer to 1 simple question...
'HOW MANY EPIDURAL SIMULATORS HAS THE COMPANY ACTUALLY SOLD ?.."
We know they sold one late last year (because that enabled one director to get a very generous bonus). Since then they have won awards, hired new sales staff, entered into deals in Israel, China, Europe and the USA but , according to one staffmember, they have possibly made only one further sale!!!
I have been unable to get directors to confirm or deny that claim.
So by all means,try to do the research but you might find it hard to get honest answers.
