dont think we'll see too much action yet .... who knows maybe part of the deal is keeping the lid on things now until new year .... underwriter is keen if they are willing to take such a stake .... that's the main joy here .. apart, of course, from the fact the company is cashed up painlessly.
shame for hodlers of pbios who cant afford to convert (and i was nearly one of those) .. they have been screwed by the timelines and repositioning of the past 18 months .. in hindsight, selling a year ago when ords hit .30 was the way to go and buying back in when everyone was caught in the options trap.
still, that's the past ... as we've said before PBI now looks like having $8m in the bank, growing revenue streams in UK and Asia; new product launches due soon and a business plan that looks to make them a global player in medical simulation -- and anyone who has done the research can see that's a very good field to be in.
