How do you know the silver market is not as manipulated?
Ted Butler and Jason Hommell have put some compelling arguments that it's more manipulated than gold. Here's one article for you:

A non confirmation phase doesnt indicate a breakdown either, it's exactly as the name suggests, NON-CONFIRMATION.
Looking at the chart, it actually closed the week back within the trend channel it recently broke out of...so you could consider that bullish.
Not sure what the significane of your observation about closing 2 centrs lower than Mondays price either.
What was typical about last night's action that suggests leading to a breakdown? It opened on it's lows and closed on its highs...
Franciss - at the end of the day, silver will rise or fall in tandem with Gold. Ctindale is a deflationist, so he believes gold and silver will fall - so all his posts and information and comments are biased to that view.
