    My comment:

    With all due respect whether silver was 2 cents below $16.59 or 2 cents above $16.59 is irrelevant imo.

    I'm sorry, but when anyone, and I stress ANYONE, starts using technical analysis in this sort of way, looking at 2 cent price differentials in silver, I just smile and ignore the conclusions.
