Well, with a nice uptick in the USA last night, and most stocks following suit this morning, whomever is trying to suppress PDN's share price is at it again. No sooner does the sell price become exhausted (at 40 cents this morning), then somebody dumps a few more sell orders in at a lower (39.5) price. There seems to be a deliberate and concerted effort to keep a lid on the price, or am I just paranoid???
