I was vaccine hesitant, but bit the bullet as I needed to earn a living to support the family and pay the bills. My work involves travel. The Mrs was hesitant, but her work required it and she needs to travel as well. So we got vaccinated. I am not an anti vaxxer, as I have all the others. It was just time to market, known unknowns that had me hesitant. Now the wife and I had our daughter later on in life due to work. She will be our only one. I am extremely hesitant in having her vaccinated at 9 years of age. Until the full effects on development, fertility (in case she wants kids later) etc are known, I see greater downside in vaccinating a healthy child, when the risks of Co-vid death are near negliable to her category. It is not an easy decision IMO and weighs heavily. My daughter has all the other age specific vacinations, so anti vaxxing is rubbish in our case. The wife and I are adults and mades our decision based on family need. My daughter doesn't need to earn a living, is an active healthy child, so I see no rush till more is known about long term effects of the injections. Cheers

And even though I am pro-vax, I support your decision as you have made it with a logical reasoned argument. The issue I have with Anti Vax people is that most of their arguments have no logic and are shrill opinions.
