On a separate, separate note: Those look like 1 cubic metre bags, a quick google of Tungsten density shows 19,300 kg / cu.m; being nearly 20t is far too much weight for one bag to hold and there's eight bags shown on the truck which would put the load well in excess of that permissible on public roads without special permits, I'd suggest they're likely to be 25% full at best -> say 5t/bag...

Against the eight bags shown we could surmise there's somewhere in the region of 40t being loaded to that truck, what then would we guestimate that that to be worth in $$$?

Haven't seen a minerals plant that produces pure metal blocks. Have you?
EQR produces tungsten concentrate, meaning other minerals still inside. International price index indicates that a tungsten concentrate has 65% WO3 - surely Google will tell you oxygen is pretty light )... Please don't invest based on Google search...
