There has been no need for the BOD to do anything as CR's, performance bonuses, additional expenses and gifted shares have paid their wages very nicely. I said 5 years ago stand up against them at the AGM. Demand answers to questions u have here. Try and force change or resignations. At least vote against the remuneration package, To show how unhappy you are. Finally stop blaming little green men for the problems and focus on the man in charge.
