Show me a large insurance company that doesn't have a digital or innovation team? They are all building apps/websites currently and a bunch have already trialled building their own chatbots with those teams because it's "cool".
Here is NAB's google home assistant which was built and supported by their internal "NAB Labs" team.
Nationwide MRR... they could be paying $1 a month for all you know as they have not disclosed any income as yet. Flamingo aren't in a position to ask for any real cash as they have no bots live, no proven results and no case studies to back up their claims. Which means any companies procurement department they deal with will know this and use this as leverage to get them to take all the risk for very little reward at this stage until it's proven.
Again no facts or proof has been provided to back up any of your claims and still you hype.
