I agree with all of that, except the price. Millions to be saved, but not made as it's already a commodity, with enterprise grade platforms like DialogFlow available today with proven results for a few hundred dollars a year.
Sure great sales people will always be able to sell ice to the eskimos at crazy high prices. But at some point they wake up or get blocked by their procurement teams (which FGO have mentioned is an issue they have).
We've seen a similar pattern before with the website devs, app devs and now again with chatbot devs. At the start its big $$$ to get a simple version developed and then the rest of the world learns how to do it and then its loose change to get a simple version built.
What secret sauce or defence does FGO's product have against this happening in the next 12-18 months apart from a slick sales team?
