    I can not see any thing that suggests Outback meet any of it's obligations in the farmin process.

    so does that give it the right to trade off to another company in return for cash and shares.????

    I DIDN'T SEE THAT WRITTEN IN ANY ANNOUNCEMENT..!!!!!!!!!!!
