I notice that a note has been put in the Equity Raising PDS stating that Thiess John Holland has given notice to CEU of its intention to make a claim which includes allegations that during the construction of Eastlink CUE made misleading and disceptive statements about its confidence in the traffic forecasts included in the PDS.
I wouldnt mind making a claim myself!
