i had a rather modest holding of 480 000 shares bought at 0.2cents, total cost $960. a 60 for 1 consolidation has made that holding 8000 shares. now an 80 for 1 consolidation will make that 100 shares, to break even i need the share price to hit 96cents. ive got more chance of being run over by a dog driving a truck than seeing that sort of price. at the current price, my share holding would be worth 20cents, a loss of $959.80, or a loss of about 99.92%. how the directors can get away with a share consolidation on top of a previous share consolidation without creating some share price growth, let alone keeping the original share consolidation price of 6cents i really cant understand. they also have the nerve to ask for performance based options, partly paid shares, and to grant the same options and partly paid shares to external contractors that they have engaged to do the job they should be doing as directors. if i remember correctly, the new MD is to be paid more than $300 000 a year. how is that justified? i could probably get a monkey to run the company as effectively as the current board, and all the remuneration that would be needed is about $10 of bananas a day.
