Agree with previous comments.

Perhaps share price has lagged because of general market malaise.
Perhaps because insiders/institutions are aware of teething problems in processing plant.
Perhaps those who have anticipated higher share price have already positioned themselves.

Now the "SHOW ME THE MONEY!" will hopefully be the ruling psychology.

Profits mean strength and attractiveness.
Healthy profits even better.

Because deflation is still a concern am not anticipating strong move in silver price.
QE will take time before inflationary moves take over.
But then again market tent to anticipate and movement takes place before the event.
