Getting uglier by the day. Talk about a slow meltdown.

I constantly look for clues as to what's happening and I can not find a reason for why SAR has (seemingly) become "on the nose".

I can't say it is price manipulation. It's more like investors have forgotten about the stock. It's like the sleazy uncle at Christmas time, sitting in the corner, feeding on our "hard-earned" (cash), waiting to pounce on any unsuspecting target.
