I am just putting it out there what might have occurred and to let shareholders know what we may be voting on here.
Always good to look at both sides of the argument in these type of things before making a decision.
I personally don't like the fact the board could be controlled by outside sources that only have their best interests in mind. The board should be representatives of its shareholders, not looking after their own/major shareholders interests.
Either way everyone is entitled to their own voting decisions, but as company doesn't seem likely to shed on any light on what is occurring behind the scenes, we have to speculate as to what is occurring.
