After doing a little research - I have found links between GR engineering and Ausdrill - now 2 major shareholders, and would not surprise me if these directors also have major holdings in their own rights. In other words, they could be major players in board decisions.
Hi AJ. I reckon your onto something here. GR who have already designed the plant and Ausdrill who are shuring up where next to mine who knows what might come out if this apart from influencing the board. We may be in for a pleasant surprise.
