Yes it does, I think about a year left? I would be stopping production now and moving it to a better set up processor, even though they still will have to pay rent it will give them 12 months to transition out and complete a make good on the site. Moving out and having product processed at a good site will mean that instantly they will have a much better product and no loses in the magnitude they are currently having, yes maybe a slight loss for the next 12 months but after that it should be positive. That leaves the farms (profit) and the IF plant (profit) but they need a CEO that can pull it all off. The good news is that It seems like the new board member is the one with the strategic know-how to execute it, so maybe the CEO is side-lined, you can only hope?
