Personally, I don't think there will be a cap raising just yet. Maybe a couple more months down the track. This promotional blitz is more so to present BTR to the world and see who the interested parties are if and when we need to do a placement.
I do think the current share price will still be at a discount to any placement down the track. My belief is that there will be no shortage of interest and demand for BTR from the insto abroad.
Personally, I don't think there will be a cap raising just yet....
