i think they'll assess that after the roadshow and the next set of announcements and see what type of demand their is....there is no way there is enough stock to go around on market if a large institution from any one of those powerhouse financial centre's wants in.
The last 3 or 4 trading days of lower volumes, tighter trader ranges as well as moving up on that volume is testiment of a dwindling float to get a hold of.
