I don't really see the logic of issuing more shares. There are plenty of shares on issue. The problem is most of the people holding them (like me) think the stock is worth a lot more than the current price. I'll happily sell my shares when they are trading at what I think they're worth. I'm sure all the larger shareholders think the same way. So the problem is not the number of shares, just the price. BTR will have abundant cash flow pretty soon so it's not like they need to raise capital to pay the bills. I'm sure I read in the recent presentation about the aim of increasing shareholder value. It doesn't do any of the existing shareholders any good issuing more shares.
