Your correct in a way Ultimate but this Full year accounts would have to be a pretty gloomy read From the external auditors IMO and it must be proving hard to sign off.
Mainly at least in the last ones they had x amount of cash and x amount of shares they can issue whereas now they don't have that without calling a GM so there is a material uncertainty on top of a going concern uncertainty.
