You have failed to list as a milestone to reduce debt and get to producing without paying sharks loan rates.

They don't have the funds to get to producing that's what they said the funds from excising "Loyalty options" was supposed for, did you excise any?

They are also in at least $5M of debt some at 36% interest.

The CN's holder/s if they redeem will own more than 50% of CLZ.

If they don't redeem they remain a CLZ liability in the balance sheet of another $4M.

Only inferred resources at KAT GAP and IMO they need up to $10M to get to producing not just $5.15M

Don't you think there's some reason the SP has tanked?
