2) following fukishima the stock moved back to 8.40 -8.60 which is basically a 15% discount from the bid for KAH at current exchange rates which is 10.20. This is because AZRM/ rosatom used fukishama as a reason to lower there bid for MRU by 10-15% as it had a material adverse change clause. The mkt priced in a similar outcome for kah/ext even though there is no such clause in the bid for KAH., then katali made some off the cuff comments stop losses got hit as fear and panic of stolen projects took hold of punters . When CGNCP bid for kah goes unconditional on tue night with the asic exemption provided there is an equivalent downstream bid it just goes to 10.20. also their is a 7.5 M pound breakfree and to change the price means the bid is withdrawn and they cannot rebid for 90 days under AIM rules, they would be out of the game leaving the way clear for RIO and others
