I have spent years bashing the previous Elders management but I now really do think the new executive chairman has the right focus. He ran Landmark successfully before. Basically, if the new focus on operational efficiency and cost control leads to profits the balance sheet issues will quickly solve themselves..ie. it won't be difficult to attract capital to a profitable business..
