My post of 8th august is still relative.
PLUS, there have been questions asked as to why BRL price has not reacted like
other australian coal producers. maybe there are relatively more punters in Australia
than in NZ.
I rest my faith in there being two major overseas holders of BRL. My question
would be 'who is the ultimate beneficiary of these holdings?'
whoever it is, is sitting on a medium term 'punt' at cheap prices.
Top quality coal is still a valuable resource for the future. Steel will still be in demand
once the chinese glut is over, but NZ is very far away from World Markets.
BRL is still a good long term punt, but the world's economy is overheated and fragile
