Listening again to the recent presentation from the CEO two potential near term announcements could be

1. They have been in the process of transferring the SubB2M breast cancer detection test from the research SPR instrumentation method across to a immunoassay type test which would then be compatible with commercial testing used in test laboratories worldwide . She said they expect to announce the feasibility of that ' this year' . She then went on talk about the next phases after that . From that I believe it is highly likely an announcement is coming saying they have proven that development from research to a commercial based platform is feasible.

2. She also stated they are currently talking to potential laboratories in the US to partner for the future commercialisation of initially breast and then ovarian / other cancers going forward . This partnership could be another potential announcement .

It was also very important for them to get the patent approved to protect their IP on this before going to much further .

When you look at the market potential just in the US for Breast and Ovarian cancer it's many billions annually as she outlined in the presentation .

As we have always known if they really can deliver the test with the sensitivity and specificity achieved in the initial trials we are in for very exciting times ahead .



I also look forward to the detection results for prostate cancer to replace the pretty flawed SPI test and the horrible digit exam
