yeah, its a bit like prostate checks for guys > 40...no need to load up the healthcare system (insurors and governments) with un-needed costs as the overall spend is outstripping GDP in all countries ex China and India at a phenomenal rate...this is the spread that your playing from a macro point of view in playing around in the sector....it looks good for the next 50 years or so!
