5. Has no revenue.
6. with no revenue it has to burn cash
7. Biotech companys are more susceptable to downside in these types of markets
8. stock in a distinct down trend
9. Stock price fallen from 42 to 14 in last four months
10. needing to have a 'private meeting' to justify poor performing share price
