To me this sounds like a few decent players are trying to talk the coy down to re-enter or simply disgruntled with their profits.

Whatever the case may be I don't believe 18c is an appropriate price for PRR and only a market downturn will keep it at the levels. I've spoken to management on several occassions and I'm extremely impressed with the professionalism of this company and all of it's staff.
One of the most important aspects of a company that is classified as a spec is GOOD MANAGEMENT- Tick

The impatient should jump whilst the experienced investors take their positions as they know how to seperate emotions from trading.

Also,PRR bottom has been hit and we will most likely see 22c before we see 14c IMHO. As for yesterdays comment of hitting 8c, that is what I call a DOWNRAMP but others say in a bearish market we can't presume. Yeh Yeh, heard it before.
