It was busy for RIA as far as volume went, but unfortunately when one person raised there buying hand, sellers came out of the woodwork.
Unfortunately, I just think there are many wanting to sell but just cant as there is no liquidity. When the opportunity comes in the shape of some news, I feel this selling action will keep a cap on its potential movement.
I hope I am wrong but that is my feeling.
