    The Thar presentation seems to be from 2010. It talks about
    JV negotiations in final stages
    Approval anticipated late December
    Drilling commencement March 2011

    As far as I know none of this has happened and the Thar deal has probably fallen over. I do know that the Pakistani Govt. is funding it's own UCG program which doesn't seem to include CXY.
    I think you might be overly optimistic on this one.
