Many assumptions there, Spector. Even if there were to be a share issue, that does not always mean a dilution which in turn leads to a drop of the sp. We've seen that time and again.

The fact is, sure- more shares, but such an re-jigging of the share base unlocks the potentials and often leads to a surge in the price rather than a reduction.

Then, there's the possibility that there isn't going to be a share issue. We just don't know that. It could also be a percentage play for the project(s) or a few other possibilities. Important to be level-headed and alert. My own perspective is that the pendulum has swung to the positive. I will continue to hold. For those who are going to bail out as we are on the cusp of various announcement, well...good luck, and I hope you don't miss out.
