JK would want to be pretty confident that something does get signed off. i have seen first hand negotiations like this go on for 10 months only to have a party walk away at the last minute. luckily for that company nothing was ever announced to the market so there were no expectations.

hopefully for holders its not Mt C all over again with JK shooting his mouth off with nothing in concrete.
