We need Jerry Ren back. The SPP and rights issue is a farce and the Board should be removed on this matter alone. Shareholder value has will be diluted by 50%. I cannot see how the SPP and rights issue will succeed at this point in time with falling IO price and supply glut. The board should had the foresight to raise funds when SP was trading around 12c+ and IO prices were stable. Why would I want to take up my entitlement now when I can purchase on market sub issue price? Bring on SH meeting, bring back Jerry and punt this useless lot.
