I was planning on voting against them this coming AGM.

I think this is their hail mary pass... get the EGM happening but before that dilute the major SH so he can't boot them out. At the same time place the shortfall with someone they know and vote against the resolutions put through by JR to keep their seat.

They rarely update shareholders, about to dilute everyone and can hardly explain why they want the funds or give a time line for what they want to do.

I think the SPP / RI is not bad overall but as long as these guys are at the helm we will mostly be funding their excessive salaries.

They should cancel the SPP / RI and have the EGM before doing anything else.
