Several points: 1) in today's ASX Release, Marland appeared first, followed by Gale (reading left to right); 2) as you said, Marland's email contact address was given as [email protected]; 3) Vilensky was appointed as Company Secretary (also continuing as a Director); 4) on 8th April, Vilensky sold 1.0M of his shares in an off-market transfer (involving his corporate vehicle, Coilens Corporation P/L) to another Director, Malcolm Dick, @12c; 5) Dick's recent purchases did not amount to a sign of confidence in SWT particularly as it was another Director who was selling; 6) in the recent ASX release of 6th April, Marland's email address was given as [email protected], and Gale's details came before Marland's details; 7) in the Release of the 6th, Gale was described as Chief Executive Officer (and earlier), but in today's Release, he was referred to as the Managing Director (when did this change?); 8) Boden has been Company Secretary since 17 October 2002 and, at the time, came with "over 10 years experience as a director or secretary of listed companies and (wa)s a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors" - in other words, highly qualified.

Could this also have anything to do with John Stuckey leaving Comindico (refer back to previously tied arrangements between Comindico and SWT, dating from 2001)?
