    There are quite a few VERY cheap specs out there for bargain hunters, and this is one IMO

    The last few days has seen it firm & start to bounce. Options are a cheap entry & have two years to run.

    Looks like interest is slowly coming back into the "penny" market ... the bulls are starting to stir from their slumber!!
