things i don't understand about this company

i have been holding this stock for a while. The reason i bought it because the high grade Cu discovery.

I don't understand why it took so long to get production permit? or can they get license at all?

without stable income, i don't think investors have strong confidence to hold the stock no matter how much better discover in Ni or other resource. At the end of day, only company's income can support the growth of SP.

i begin to doubt my faith in this stock.
