    1. Large holder needing to remove cash
    2. Major problem with processing - design fault that needs another chunk of funding.
    3. Lot of Min Sands projects coming online while demand softens or is perceived to soften in the ST.
    4. Management giving themselves an early pat on the back
    5. Usual fears that effect Macro economy.

    That said - I will probably ave. down again if she goes below 10c
