i have an opinion but nothing i can say is the reason and in the past on here. i have been told i am wrong and dont know what i am talking about the question i poae is why do they need the money if they are doing so well and why cannot they fund their ongoing capital requirements through their ongoing sales bottom line is that they are not making any money and need additional moneyto keep operating
