BUT - There is that buyer that is constantly buying the stock at 16.

As soon as 16 was cleared he was back again with 100k on the bid. He has been doing this for months. He must have a fair whack by now.

I'd hate to see what would happen to the stock if he left the market.

I'm in two minds with this stock. It appears you are as well.

I question who is the buyer at 16. What does he know.

I reckon this could go either way. And when it does I think the move will be significant.

Alll hinges on the 1/2 year report.

For those who follow TA i don't think you can get a better example of a descending triangle (bearish)

I've taken around a 10k hit on PEO. I may look to re-enter after the announcement.
