Ok punters, so we are all waiting on Iorn,Gold and Oil results which all seem encouraging for the future of the company, but there seems to be one big item that appears to have been forgotten about.
FAS is a creditor of OPES and had 10,000,000 shares liquidated. On todays value, that is worth $15.5 million. Surely some compensation must be not far away. After all, it all but scuttled FAS's attempt in taking over GWR.
Anyone heard how FAS is fairing with the ANZ in terms of compensation in regards to the opes fall over?
