This is very strange. If it is the Mins approval finally, I don't think a TH is in order as it's been expected for some time.
You could be right though seth, it is an excellent opportunity for the new Govt to get some mileage out of.
I certainly hope it is the case and not some miscreant greeny creating more problems.
