I think there is a good chance most of the instos that have been selling all the way from the 6's may support a $4 cap raising. Seems silly to drive it much lower.
Retail investors probably just need to be mindful that they might demand that any placement is done on accelerated terms to institutions with a delayed retail SPP which might lead to an institutional prop and dump campaign.
