these board members should catch up and have a tea party with SIP, ELD etc..
if they just came to market and were honest with the raising or even debt issues earlier they would have raised at a higher price and saved such pain for us holders. Now it will be a bad outcome either way for the board, as they will have deceived the market again by doing the raising and putting so much pressure on sp.
If they however continue not to say anything we will continue to go down'er..
Please - raising or take-over? - either way heads should roll.
