The risk reward ratios from here look amazing to me. However it is entirely possible I am not reading runes right.
Nobody could be criticised for sidestepping what we perceive to be the bottom. Plenty upside past the bottom.
We can not be sure yet. Banks can behave badly if their own ratios are under too much pressure.

I am poised to buy more but am absolutely not going to do it until I see the worm has turned and that probably means august. When we are sure, a PE below 8 would be daft and the point will not be lost on most of the comentariat.
